Personal details

| Report information | List of the personal details of the individual: Full Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Driver's licence number (AU Only) |
| Benefit | Assists you in identifying an individual and in verifying their most up to date personal details without the need for documentary proofs. |

| Risk indicator | At which address should I chase any late payment? |
| Report information | List of address details of the individual: Current Residential Addresses, and the individual's last 2 Previous Residential Addresses where available. All addresses are checked against the Australia Post Postal Address File (AU Only) |

Judgements

| Report information | List of Judgements (court acts creating or affirming an obligation, such as a debt) against the individual over the last 5 years (the amount, the court name and the plaintiff's name). |

Bankruptcy notices

| Report information | List of bankruptcies (having been legally declared financially insolvent) against the individual over the last 7 years (the court name and the proceedings reference number). |

| Report information | List of Summonses (order to appear in court) against the individual over the last 3 years (the amount, the court name and the plaintiff's name). |

| Report information | List of public record notices such as crop liens, wool liens, fruit liens, bills of sale, stock mortgages, goods mortgage. |

Commercial payment defaults
| Risk indicator | Have they defaulted on credit obligation in the past? |
| Report information | List of commercial payment defaults against the individual (the amount, the date, the type, the credit provider and if the debt is still outstanding) over the last 5 years. |
| Benefit | Enables you to see if an individual has defaulted on a commercial credit obligation in the past, and if so, have they now settled it. It also indicates that they are more likely to default on a credit obligation in the future. Can be used as a policy rule to decline service, severely restrict service or require upfront payment to individuals. |

It also indicates that they are more likely to default on a credit obligation in the future. Serious credit infringements

| Report information | List of credit infringements (failure of paying a debt by fraudulently evading their obligation in relation to the debt) against an individual in the last 7 years. |
| Benefit | Enables you to see if an individual has avoided paying their credit obligations in the past and it indicates that they are more likely to default on a credit obligation in the future. |

| Risk indicator | Have they been delinquent paying debts in the past? |
| Report information | List of files notes requested by an individual (placement of notation on their credit file with respect to their credit history or personal details). |
| Benefit | The presence of a file note will assist in understanding more detail about the individual's credit history e.g. the file note may provide details of a disputed default or of fraudulent use of the individual's personal details. |

| Report information | List of consumer credit enquiries previously undertaken on an individual (company name, enquiry reason and date) in the last 5 years. |
| Benefit | Enables you to gauge if the individual is either in a financial situation where he needs a lot of personal credit, or is planning to take on a large personal debt. |

| Report information | List of commercial credit enquiries previously undertaken on an individual (company name, enquiry reason and date) in the last 5 years. |

| Risk indicator | Does the individual have financial responsibilities as a director of another company? |
| Report information | List of the company name/s and company status (registered or deregistered) that the individual is currently a director of. |
| Benefit | Enables you to understand the other company boards that the individual is currently a director of and therefore their additional responsibilities to the other companies and whether these companies are under external administration. |

Bureau application score
| Risk indicator | Are they likely to default on their credit obligation in the next 2 years? |
| Report information | Provides a statistically based score that blends applicant data and bureau data. The score is driven by positive and negative data such as Residential Status, Occupation, Time in Current and previous Addresses, Number of Credit Cards, adverse data. The score shows the probability of an individual defaulting on payment of the credit being applied for within the next 2 years. |
| Benefit | Enables users (e.g. Telecom, Utilities, Pay TV and Small finance companies in need of a scorecard) objective and consistent credit decisions to reduce credit risk. |
